Before we arrive
A few simple answers.
How do I book an in-home massage or hairdo in Bali?
Choose a service from our treatment menu, then send a booking request or contact us on WhatsApp. Include your preferred date, time and complete address. Your appointment is confirmed only after our team confirms availability.
Where can I find treatment prices?
Our Treatments page lists massage prices by duration and hairdo prices by service. Please confirm availability and the final total before booking. Hairdo prices exclude transport, hair accessories and hair extensions.
How should I prepare the space?
Please prepare a quiet, comfortable area with enough room for the therapist to work safely. We will confirm any equipment details before arrival.
Can I choose the massage pressure?
Yes. Your therapist will check your preference before and during the treatment.
Can you visit hotels and villas?
Yes, subject to the property’s visitor policy and our service area. Please include the property name and room or villa number in your address.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Changes and cancellations are discussed during booking confirmation. Hairdo services require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable after cancellation.
