Clovaya uses the information you share to respond to enquiries and arrange massage and hairdo visits in Bali.

Information you provide

The booking form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, service, date, time, guest count and service address. Email and notes are optional. Share only the preferences or practical needs relevant to your visit; please avoid sending detailed medical records or payment card information.

How we use and share it

Clovaya uses these details to check availability, contact you, confirm prices and organise your visit. Relevant appointment details may be shared with the therapist or stylist assigned to your service. Requests are stored privately in our WordPress booking system and are not published on this website.

When email notifications are enabled, request details also pass through the configured email provider. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or email, those services process the conversation under their own privacy policies.

Storage and deletion

Booking records remain in our private booking system until Clovaya deletes them. To request access, correction or deletion of your booking details, contact clovayamassage@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information. Any records that must be retained for applicable business or legal requirements are handled separately.

Necessary cookies and technical records

If a booking form needs a correction, a temporary cookie containing a random identifier lets us restore your entries. The identifier and saved draft are available for up to ten minutes and are consumed when you return to the form. Personal details are not placed in the page URL. Short-lived security records help limit repeated submissions. The web server also keeps technical access and error logs for operation and security.

WordPress uses additional session cookies when authorised staff sign in to manage the website.
